Carol Ihnatowicz BSc FCIPD
With wide-ranging, in depth, senior level experience in all aspects of personnel management in private, public and voluntary sectors, Carol's interest in and enthusiasm for employment law has led her to be a regular lay member on Employment Tribunals since 1995 and to write for a number of Croners publications, exploring the interface between employment law and good HR practice. This ensures she keeps herself and her colleagues right up to date in this critical area.

Dominic Maree BSc PGDip Management
Having worked in the health, safety and hygiene industry since 1989, Dominic specialises in offering health and safety services to organisations, from undertaking an initial audit to training in-house staff to implement and maintain procedures to ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of employees.

Jan Watts MCIPD MHCIMA
Jan is a trainer specialising in soft skills, for example certificated trainer, presentation and coaching skills. Additionally Jan offers certificated food safety and food hygiene courses.
