» Providing a full, out-sourced, on-going HR service for those without the professional expertise;
» Developing HR policies compliant with current legislation and company needs, including Data Protection, Telephony, E-Mail & Internet, Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, Maternity and Paternity
» Setting up a personnel management system, including developing employee contracts that meet legislative requirements, which can then be managed in-house;
» One-off projects for those over-stretched HR departments, on an ad hoc basis; for example, handling a large recruitment exercise
